Yes. We source directly from official brands & authorised distributors . Every product is brand‑new, original, and covered by manufacturers warranty. 🔒

Do your controllers work on all platforms?
Each controller lists its compatibility (Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, PC, Mobile). Check the product page for full details. 🖥️🎮📱

Do you sell modded or customised controllers?
We sell a range of premium controllers and premium modding parts for official controllers on all platforms. Custom builds are coming soon. 🔧✨


🔁 Returns, Replacements & Warranty

What if my item arrives faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or not working as expected, we offer a free replacement or refund. To verify the issue, we require a short video clearly showing the fault. This helps us process your claim quickly and prevents delays. 🎥

How long do I have to send video evidence?
You must send your video within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be eligible, as we cannot verify the condition of the item. ⏳

Do I need to return the faulty item?
In most cases, you won’t need to return a defective item. Once we’ve reviewed your video and confirmed the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. In rare situations where we need the item back for inspection, we’ll let you know and cover the return costs.. 🙌

What does your refund policy cover?
We offer refunds for:

How long does the warranty last?
Most controllers include a 12‑month manufacturer warranty. Modding parts and accessories follow the brand’s warranty terms. 🛡️

Can I request a refund instead of a replacement?
Yes — once your video evidence is approved, you can choose either a refund or a replacement. We’ll process whichever option you prefer. 🔄
